Nous avons profit\u00e9 d\u2019une chambre belle, calme et confortable, et d\u2019un h\u00f4tesse d\u00e9vou\u00e9e qui a tout fait pour notre confort\u00a0!
\nThe rain remained in the forecast, not on our chilly heads. Monday 8 we stopped at Pacy-sur-Arman\u00e7on, \u00ab\u00a0Au Petit C\u00e2lin\u00a0\u00bb, the aptly named. We enjoyed a beautiful, quiet and comfortable room, and a dedicated hostess who did everything for our comfort!<\/strong>
\n\"\"<\/a>Le paysage est tr\u00e8s vert. Quand nous nous \u00e9loignons du canal, nous traversons d’immenses champs, monochromes, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sans doute. On ne trouve pas beaucoup de bio par ici. Et s’il y a du vin en Bourgogne, il n’y a pas que des vignes.
\nNous avons identifi\u00e9 le d\u00e9sherbant en le respirant, alors qu’un tracteur d\u00e9versait son poison pas loin de nous. Et bien s\u00fbr, les agriculteurs travaillent sans protection, ni v\u00eatements adapt\u00e9s, ni masque.\u2028J’ai vu flotter des sacs-poubelles ou d’autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments peu inspirants ici ou l\u00e0. Ou encore la surface de l’eau prend une irisation suspecte.
\nEn v\u00e9lo, nous restons pr\u00e8s de l’eau et ne traversons pas ces immenses \u00e9tendues de monoculture (comme photo j’aurais pu faire pire).

\nThe landscape is very green. When we move away from the canal, we cross monochromes huge fields, cereals, no doubt. We do not find a lot of organic agriculture here. Of course there is wine in Burgundy, but not only wine.<\/strong>
\nWe identified the weedkiller by breathing it, while a tractor poured its poison not far from us. And of course, farmers work without protection, appropriate clothing, or masks. I saw garbage bags or other uninspiring things floating here and there. Or the surface of the water has a suspicious iridescence.<\/strong>
\nBy bike, we stay near the water and do not cross these huge areas of monoculture (I could choose a worse photo).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nJe regrette toujours quand je ne peux visiter un lieu, en quelque sorte confisqu\u00e9, alors qu’il appartient au patrimoine du pays et a des si\u00e8cles d’histoire \u00e0 nous raconter.

\n\u00ab\u00a0Monsieur Boulot on te voit plus dans la r\u00e9gion depuis un bail\u00a0\u00bb chante \u00c9ric Frasiak.
\nTonnerre ne pr\u00e9sente pas grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour nous, sauf un joyau magnifique, la fosse de Dionne, une source.<\/p>\n

Contrairement \u00e0 la Sorgue \u00e0 Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, ou \u00e0 la source de Tourne \u00e0 Bourg-Saint-And\u00e9ol, la source de la fosse de Dionne a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9e en lavoir. Le site est tr\u00e8s beau, l’eau limpide et profonde (personne n’a pu explorer enti\u00e8rement le r\u00e9seau souterrain en amont de ces trois sources).<\/p>\n

Ces trois sources ont un d\u00e9bit d’eau extraordinaire.

\nSuivre les pistes cyclables en v\u00e9lo en longeant le canal nous fait changer sans cesse de dimension. C\u2019est d\u2019autant plus sensible quand nous nous en \u00e9loignons pour traverser les grands champs de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dont je viens de parler. Au moment o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9cris notre s\u00e9jour se termine, mais je crois bien que je reviendrai encore ici parler de v\u00e9lo et de Bourgogne. En essayant de vous entra\u00eener dans d\u2019autres dimensions.
