Que s\u2019est-il pass\u00e9 ce jour-l\u00e0\u00a0?
\nIl y avait peu de public, une vingtaine de personnes seulement. Beaucoup parmi les absents regrettaient de ne pas pouvoir venir, sachant qu\u2019ils allaient vraiment rater quelque chose.
\nDans ce contexte un peu morose (mais l\u2019ambiance ne s\u2019en est pas ressentie\u00a0!), j\u2019ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l\u2019indignation de Marinette. Avec tout le travail que vous faites, nous a-t-elle dit, c\u2019est dommage qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas plus de monde\u00a0!
\nMais je ne m\u2019attarde pas sur ce mode grognon. Le public a \u00e9t\u00e9 enchant\u00e9, Paul et moi aussi, et je pense qu\u2019Herv\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame a pass\u00e9 une bonne soir\u00e9e.\"\"<\/a>

\nThere was few public, only twenty people. Many of the absents wanted to come but couldn\u2019t, knowing that they would really miss something.<\/strong>
\nIn this context a bit morose (but the atmosphere has been excellent!), I enjoyed the indignation of Marinette. You have so much work, it\u2019s too bad that there are no more people she said!<\/strong>
\nBut I leave this grumpy mode. The audience was delighted, Paul and me too, and I think that Herv\u00e9 himself spent a good evening.<\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, Paul et moi, selon un rituel bien rod\u00e9 maintenant, avons am\u00e9nag\u00e9 la salle \u00e0 manger. Nous \u00e9tions au top bien avant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de notre artiste, qui, lui, sachant qu\u2019il n\u2019y aurait pas de balance \u00e0 r\u00e9gler, n\u2019est pas arriv\u00e9 tellement en avance sur le public.<\/p>\n

Cette visite permet de s\u2019attarder sur des d\u00e9tails captivants, une carte citant Oscar Wilde, une carte d\u2019un autre genre sur laquelle S\u00e9bastien a trac\u00e9 ses itin\u00e9raires un peu partout sur la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n

Je suis incapable d\u2019occuper l\u2019espace. Je ne sais pas pourquoi je mettrais un meuble ici plut\u00f4t que l\u00e0. Herv\u00e9, au contraire, veut apprivoiser les lieux, il prend le temps n\u00e9cessaire, accroche de jolis tissus imprim\u00e9s, d\u00e9place et replace ses instruments, d\u00e9core l\u2019\u00e9tag\u00e8re des pots \u00e0 eau avec ses bo\u00eetes de pilchards (longue perplexit\u00e9 pour la s\u0153ur de Paul, croyant que c\u2019est son fr\u00e8re qui a choisi la d\u00e9co, alors qu\u2019il n\u2019aime pas le poisson)… Des pilchards, je ne dirai rien, il vous suffit d\u2019aller voir Herv\u00e9 ici ou l\u00e0 en concert pour conna\u00eetre leur r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n

I am unable to install myself in a space: I don\u2019t know why I put a piece of furniture here rather than there. Herv\u00e9, on the contrary, wants to tame the scene, he takes the necessary time, installs pretty printed fabric, moves and replaces his instruments, decorates the shelf water pots with cans of pilchards (long perplexity for Paul’s sister, believing that it was his brother who chose the decor, then he does not like fish) … The pilchards, I will not say anything, just go here or there when Herv\u00e9 has a concert to see their role.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019un artiste installe ce qui \u00e9quivaut pour lui \u00e0 sa maison, un endroit dont il a besoin pour se sentir bien. C\u2019est ainsi je pense qu\u2019on peut faire \u00e9clater son talent. On n\u2019imagine pas l\u2019importance de cette installation, et pas seulement pour le plaisir du public. Moi je suis l\u00e0 comme t\u00e9moin et j\u2019essaie de fournir la petite chose bien utile pour compl\u00e9ter ce montage.
\nUn \u00e9clairage tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger conviendra, une de nos lampes d\u2019ambiance, et les deux leds qui \u00e9clairent mes partitions sur le piano.<\/p>\n

This is not the first time when an artist installs the equivalent for him of his home, a place he needs to feel good. Thus I think he can really show his talent. We can\u2019t imagine the importance of this installation, not just for public enjoyment. I’m here as a witness and I try to provide the little thing quite useful to complete the installation.<\/strong>
\nA very light illumination suit, one of our ornamental lamps, and two LEDs that illuminate my music sheets on the piano.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ma m\u00e9moire ne me permet plus de raconter les chansons entendues ce soir-l\u00e0. Elles sont tr\u00e8s belles, l\u00e9g\u00e8res et profondes \u00e0 la fois. Sous son sourire malicieux, c\u2019est du vrai travail soign\u00e9 qu\u2019il nous propose. Cabotin, mais pas trop, s\u00e9rieux et dr\u00f4le en m\u00eame temps, picorant dans ses instruments h\u00e9t\u00e9roclites – h\u00e9t\u00e9roclites, mais tr\u00e8s bien jou\u00e9s – c\u2019est \u00e0 une superbe prestation qu\u2019il nous invite.<\/p>\n

My memory doesn\u2019t allow me to tell which songs were heard that evening. They are very beautiful, light and deep at the same time. Under his mischievous smile, it\u2019s true craftsmanship he proposes. Je ne dois pas oublier sa kora, un instrument d\u2019une grande beaut\u00e9 dont la chanson est pure magie. C\u2019est une harpe bien s\u00fbr, mais tellement diff\u00e9rente des \u201cn\u00f4tres\u201d\u00a0!
\nHerv\u00e9 nous fait visiter Madagascar ou un coin d\u2019Afrique, nous prenons avec lui le \u201cTaxi Broussi\u201d. Ses textes, toujours tr\u00e8s personnels, sont bourr\u00e9s de tendresse mais pas seulement, ils nous font partager une tr\u00e8s grande humanit\u00e9. J\u2019en aime l\u2019originalit\u00e9, la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 qui n\u2019est qu\u2019une apparence, que j\u2019ai envie de lire, de relire, d\u2019\u00e9couter.<\/p>\n

Herv\u00e9\u2019s travels are a part of him, not anywhere, with his collection of Sanza. I must not forget his kora, an instrument of great beauty whose song is pure magic. This is of course a harp, but so different from \u201cours\u201d!<\/strong>
\nHerv\u00e9 invites us to visit Madagascar or a piece of Africa, we take with him the \u201cTaxi Broussi\u201d. His texts, are always very personal, are full of tenderness, but not only, they make us share a great humanity. I like their originality, their lightness that is only an appearance, and I want to read them,\u00a0 to read again, and to listen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il joue parfois seul, parfois avec d\u2019autres, et souvent avec Jonathan Mathis. Seul ce soir, mais les accompagnements sont appropri\u00e9s – souplesse de l\u2019artiste qui s\u2019adapte \u00e0 toutes les situations\u00a0!
\nNous avons eu la chance l\u2019hiver dernier de l\u2019\u00e9couter pour le concert des DiDouDingues qui est racont\u00e9 ici<\/a>. Sa chor\u00e9graphie publicitaire ou son interpr\u00e9tation de \u201cne me quitte pas\u201d revisit\u00e9 par Boby Lapointe sont de grands moments\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Il y a beaucoup \u00e0 manger, une collection impressionnante de tartes aux pommes, mais Bernadette, qui a envisag\u00e9 d\u2019en faire une, \u00e0 apport\u00e9 sa fameuse mousse au chocolat. \u00c0 l\u2019occasion de nos premiers spectacles, j\u2019essayais de savoir ce que le public apporterait pour le buffet, peine perdue.
